Leica - A century of war

Leica, the legendary German camera maker that introduced the 35mm camera in 1925, launched a campaign to honour those who have documented war over the last hundred years. Built entirely from existing pictures — pictures taken on Leica, and also pictures made possible because of Leica — the campaign pays tribute to the photographers who chose to see and to show the world what conflict really looks like: the violence, the hell, and the aftermath.

A century of war, captured by those who chose to witness because War Deserves Witnesses.
